Contestants must provide access to the app

This is a simple request but not that easy to implement for SmartPhone apps. I can design, code and demonstrate a SmartPhone app. But to distribure the app beyond my personal SmartPhone requires the app to be Published and Hosted. That is not likely to happen on an Alpha or Beta version app. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Lee

    Lee,
    We recommend that iOS or Android apps be submitted to the relevant app store (though not necessarily approved) when you make your submission. However, iOS apps can be shared using a service like testflight. Android apps can be shared with the judges (and the public) by directly linking to the APK file. If it is hard for members of the public to use your app, that might hurt your chances in the public vote, but we'll work with you to make sure that the judges can evaluate it.
