Can the same app get one or more awards, like, Popular Choice Award and Student Award or Best Overall Application or Peak Energy Usage Award ?

Yes, the popular choice and peak energy usage awards can be won by a submissions that already won an award in the best overall or student category.

For the second day in a row, when I went to cast my vote, it would not let me stating that I could vote again tomorrow. Since I was never given the opportunity to vote in the first place, how do I straighten this out so I can vote?
